The key to achieving an effective design consists in performing a customized analysis of each section of the well, this analysis aims to identify the risk associated with hole stability and circulation losses to provide preventive and/or corrective solutions.
The information required for data processing in the software is detailed below:
Main Display
Developed by JHJ with the goal of create an integrated solution that cover the interventions of well drilling, cementing, and completions.
The modules "Fractura” and “Mezcla" from "Perforación" area are ready completed, currently we are working on development of "Hidráulica" Module from the same area.
Module 1. Fractura
Once the necessary information to evaluate a well section has been loaded, this data is processed and graph generated determines the operating well window
Additional, using the calculations that govern the software, which are based on the mechanical and elastics properties of the formation, as well on the reinforcement formulas, a getting result indicates the fracture size or pore size necessary to move forward to the next module
Module 2. Mezclado
In this last module, the necessary products are select according to the client's requirements and desired size of the fracture space or pore to be covered.
For example, in the case of production section, where fluids will pass through the reservoir, a proposal is generated exclusively with AIM products that meet the solubility standards stablished for the application of materials in the production zone
This module generates graphs and show the sizes (d10, d50 y d90) that our products cover in comparison to those in the formation, with the goal of located at least in the same range or slightly above the curve, ensuring an optimal seal during application.
